Yoga as more than movement.A path of self-inquiry, discipline, devotion, creativity, and transformation. At Satorii, we believe the most impactful teachers are those who deeply understand both the ancient roots of yoga and the modern realities of guiding students through meaningful movement experiences.
Our 200-Hour Hybrid Yoga Teacher Training is designed to bridge these worlds.Rooted in the lineage of Ashtanga Yoga—the foundation from which modern vinyasa practice emerged—this immersive training offers students a comprehensive understanding of yoga philosophy, anatomy, breathwork, meditation, sequencing, and teaching methodology while fostering the confidence necessary to lead classes with authenticity and skill.
Over the course of five immersive weekends, weekly mentorship sessions, and a culminating retreat experience, students will develop a strong personal practice while learning how to guide others through transformational yoga experiences.
What Makes Satorii Different?
While many teacher trainings focus primarily on learning poses and creating teachers that feel comfortable offering a single, beginner level yoga class, in the most Satorii fashion, we want to take you deeper.Rather than memorizing sequences, you’ll learn the underlying architecture of movement, allowing you to confidently create your own intelligent, creative, and purposeful classes.
Our training emphasizes:
Ashtanga as the Foundation- Students begin by studying the Ashtanga Primary Series, gaining an understanding of the traditional framework from which modern vinyasa yoga evolved. Through this lens, students develop discipline, consistency, and a deeper appreciation for the lineage of the practice.
Creative Vinyasa Sequencing - Learn the art and science of sequencing. Explore how to create classes that feel innovative and inspiring while remaining anatomically intelligent, balanced, and accessible.
Traditional Yoga Philosophy - Dive into the Yoga Sutras, Bhagavad Gita, Hatha Yoga Pradipika, and other foundational yogic texts while exploring how these teachings remain deeply relevant in modern life.
Anatomy & Functional Movement - Understand how the body moves, how injuries occur, and how to create safer and more effective experiences for your students.
Meditation, Breathwork & the Subtle Body - Explore pranayama, meditation, energetic anatomy, chakras, nadis, and the deeper dimensions of yogic practice.
Real-World Teaching Confidence - Through extensive practice teaching, mentorship, feedback, and observation, students graduate prepared not only to teach yoga—but to lead.
A Transformational Retreat Experience - The training culminates in an immersive retreat where students step away from daily distractions and fully embody the teachings through practice, reflection, community, and ceremony.

At Misfit Yogis Rocket Teacher trainings we sweat, we smile, we take our practice seriously without taking ourselves too seriously. We emphasize that community is truly the root of the practice. Without students to take class we would not be able to spread our passion for the Rocket.
In lectures, we prioritize the importance of structuring classes to cater to all students creating accessibility through modifications while also offering variations to promote progression. This ensures we make class inviting to not only the seasoned rocket heads but also the rocket curious.
Ample time during training is spent thoroughly breaking down how to safely and effectively perform hands-on adjustments to support and enhance the practitioners class experience.
In heart, misfit yogis are Rocket yogis, we fully embody Rocket Yoga philosophy. “Honoring the lineage, bending the rules”. Our name is a testament to our commitment to embracing both tradition and innovation. “Honoring the lineage” signifies our deep connection to Ashtanga yoga, while “Bending the rules” exemplifies our spirit of freedom and play, inspired by the Rocket. Can’t wait to bend the rules with you and thank you for considering misfit yogis Rocket TT. We go up and we don’t come down.
