The Divine Feminine Retreat:
A women’s retreat designed to help you reconnect with your femininity, ground in nature and grow with community

April 16th-21st 2026
6 days, 5 nights

Often times, we start to feel like no matter how hard we’re working, it feels like the weight of the world is just too heavy to carry. We start to feel so disconnected even when many of us are constantly surrounded by people and have access to so many lives and stories through the lens of social media.

That’s what this Jungle Reset aims to help you combat.

Connect with nature, give back to the planet, and leave feeling inspired with a cup filled to the brim with gratitude and joy. During our time together, we’ll learn practices to help regulate your nervous system, get a chance to volunteer and be of service all while connecting with other like-minded individuals.

What makes this retreat so special?

In yoga, we often talk about the importance of being of service. Part of your attendance fee goes directly to “Kids Saving the Rainforest” - the nonprofit organization that built the beautiful sanctuary we’ll be staying on. So while we relax, practice yoga, connect to nature and learn new practices to regulate the nervous system and release all the heavy energies we’ve consumed from the world/media, we’re simultaneously supporting an incredible cause. :)

We’ll practice pranayama, dhyana and asana daily. Unwind by the pool, eat nutritious meals sourced directly from the land with options to hike, surf, or just rest our bodies in our free time.

This retreat is for you if:
-you’ve been searching for a way to feel more connected and grounded-are yearning for community

More about the founder of Kids Saving the Rainforest:

Gabriel Ligon is the President of KSTR Wildlife, where he leads wildlife rescue and conservation efforts in Costa Rica’s rainforest corridor near Manuel Antonio. He first visited Costa Rica at 19, where he fell in love with the rainforest—an experience that shaped the trajectory of his life and work.

Before leading KSTR Wildlife, Gabriel worked in wildfire rehabilitation in Louisiana and later led a team during the devastating Australia bushfires, supporting rescue operations that helped save koalas, wombats, and kangaroos.

Today, he focuses on protecting critical habitat, rehabilitating injured and orphaned wildlife, and building long-term sustainability through education, volunteer programs, and strategic partnerships. He is also expanding KSTR Wildlife’s impact through new initiatives that connect conservation, wellness, and responsible ecotourism—helping fund rainforest protection while bringing more people into the mission.

What a typical day of volunteering at the sanctuary can look like:
A typical day of volunteering at KSTR Wildlife is structured, hands-on, and physically active, with a strong focus on supporting the animals, maintaining the rescue environment, and keeping the property running smoothly.

Your day usually starts early with a group check-in and a quick overview of priorities. From there, volunteers rotate through essential work areas such as habitat cleaning, food prep, enrichment preparation, carrying supplies, and helping with daily upkeep around the rescue campus. Most of the work is practical and teamwork-based, and it often involves getting sweaty, muddy, and moving a lot.

Throughout the day, you’ll help with the behind-the-scenes tasks that make wildlife rescue possible: cleaning enclosures, preparing fresh diets, washing dishes, organizing storage areas, and assisting with maintenance projects. Depending on the season and current needs, volunteers may also support trail work, basic construction, garden or property tasks, and other projects that keep the facility functional in a rainforest environment.
