Instructors: Steph Palamino, Crystal Soto, Dr. Leanne Whitney
We invite you to gather in sacred circle as we honor our ancestors for Día de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) with the heart medicine of cacao, while also nurturing our own souls through intention setting, reflective journaling, meditation, and sound healing. Cacao is a bridge to the heart–it opens us to memory, connection, and the truth of our belonging.
Día de los Muertos is a time to celebrate the lives of those who have crossed into the starts, yet continue to live on it our hearts. This evening is an invitation to honor their smile, their presence, and the love that forever connects us. Together, we will create an altar of remembrance with photos, marigolds, candles, offerings, and any sacred items that represent our beloveds. You will leave feeling grounded, heart-centered, nourished, and connected.
What top Bring:
- a photo or small item that represents your loved ones
- a journal & pen
- an eye cover
- a water bottle
Wear comfortable clothing and come with an open heart. Guests will receive a complimentary thermos mug, courtesy of Lululemon.
