The Courage to Bloom: A Taurus New Moon Cacao & Sound Circle

As the earth deepens into spring and the Taurus New Moon marks a new cycle of growth, we gather in community with cacao and sound to reconnect with the quiet courage it takes to bloom. Rooted in the body and guided by the heart, this is a space to listen for what is ready to take shape within you—gently, steadily, and in your own time. Through ritual, reflection, and immersive sound, we will explore what it means to nourish what is emerging, to soften what resists, and to trust the natural unfolding of our becoming. Together, we gather to honor the rhythms of growth, the wisdom of the earth, and the beauty of what is beginning to open.

ROCKET 1 ROAST

120-minute Rocket 1 master class led by guest teacher Andre Harris of Misfit Yogis. Hands on assists & adjustments provided.

Longer than your typical Rocket class, this master class will provide more time to play with new transitions, practice inversions, and challenge your edges. This is a great opportunity to build your knowledge on the Rocket sequence and deepen your current practice.

The Rocket system, a modification of Ashtanga, consists of 3 practices, 1 2 & 3. Rocket 1 focuses heavily on the lower body, emphasizing standing poses and extending seated (forward-folding) postures. Often seen as the most comparable to the Ashtanga Primary series, Rocket 1 lays the foundation of one’s practice.

Rocket 2 focuses heavily on the upper body, with more opportunities to play with arm balances, inversions, and back bending. With more options to expand beyond primary postures, Rocket 2 pushes your practice to the next level.

ROCKET BBQ

Sunday, June 7th
3:00pm-6:00pm

180-minute Rocket BBQ master class led by guest teacher Andre Harris of Misfit Yogis. Hands on assists & adjustments provided.

With a full 3 hours to practice and experiment, this class will show you a side of Rocket you likely haven’t experienced yet. This class will be highly interactive and designed to give you “freedom within structure.” You’ll try new things, push your edges, and deepen your practice.

The Rocket system, a modification of Ashtanga, consists of 3 practices, 1 2 & 3. A Rocket BBQ is a variation of the 3rd, which combines the poses in both 1 & 2 for a full-rounded practice. Your full body strength and flexibility is targeted. Forward folding, standing postures, arm balances, inversions, back bending, & twisting– you can expect it all.

*$10 discount for attendees of either ROCKET 1 or 2 ROAST
